Freezer Burn - Have you sold or gifted a ticket? IMPT REMINDERS

Selling or gifting your ticket? Reminder that names need to be changed on your ticket or you won't get in at Gate.

At Gate we need the latest bar code from the last email to the new ticket holder - not the original barcode from the original sender. If people change anything on their ticket, such as the name or email, or transfer the ticket, a new barcode will be issued.

E-tickets can be swapped by opening the email containing the ticket and looking for the Transfer link just below it. Send the e-ticket to the new owner via email.
