Freezer Burn - Artists and Participants of Freezer Burn 2024 - Weird and Wonderful

SUCH EXCITE!!! 

The ARTery team now has the big big task of reviewing all of the submissions with the help of a couple of volunteer community members(returning from last year) that will be joining the team for this massive undertaking. All submissions will be reviewed using the same criteria used last year and this team will come together to discuss all projects and work on a plan for awarding funds and contracts. Our goal is to have this completed by the end of the week with contracts sent out by the weekend. 

A little note for all of our artists. We have had such a monumental request for funding this year. We will likely not be able to fully fund all approved art projects. 

But we did get a boost to our budget from the Freezer Burn Production and Finance Teams because the art is so amazing and prolific. 

As stated on the Website “We also promote “Radical Self-Reliance. Although our role is to support artists with financial assistance, we are not responsible for fully funding your art piece. As such, we encourage you to seek additional financial support for your project as we cannot guarantee any funding. As some of you may know, in the past we’ve often had more demand for grants than we have funding.” And this is one of those years!
