Freezer Burn - Attention to all our wonderful Art Grant Applicants,
Thank you for helping to create an amazing Freezer Burn. We look forward to seeing all your fabulous creations!
It has come to our attention that at past Freezer Burn events we have had some issues with how artist's names, projects, or event descriptions were appearing in the "What? Where? When?" listing.
We have made some changes to the process and hope to prevent issues going forward.The WWW description information is pulled directly from the grant applications you submitted and is your way to introduce your project or event to the rest of the festival. What you submitted in your application is what people will read so if you haven't submitted one or if what you have submitted has errors or has changed, please contact artgrantsfreezerburn@gmail.com. If you make no attempt to correct it, this will not be the fault of the WWW Team so please review your grant information carefully. The WWW Artist information will be pulled in the following way:
If an Alias has been posted as the Primary Contact in the Contacts and Project Members box, this is what will be listed in the WWW. The WWW will include the names of all members of the applicant's team if they have been posted in the Alias box so please check with your team to ensure they are properly credited. This Alias can be your Burner name, nickname, or real name, it's how you (and your team) wish to be credited for the project or event.
If no Alias been submitted as the Primary Contact in the Contacts and Project Members box, the WWW will use the Individual's or Company's name as listed in the first section of the grant application. This will not allow for any team members to be credited.
Please review your grant application carefully. If you notice that there are errors in either your WWW description or the name(s) you wish listed in the WWW, please contact artgrantsfreezerburn@gmail.com to submit the corrections. Remember, if your application lists your real name and you do not want your real name listed, you are responsible to contact us to make the correction.
