Lost & Found
Things get lost (or flailed) all the time at events and our event is no different. We know it can be tough to keep things together when there is so much fun being had, but no worries, our Lost and Found team has your back.
What we do
Our team works daily to clean up all of the lost or forgotten items from the bars, stages, around art pieces and beyond. We then deliver them to our Centre Camp location where they can be claimed by the participants throughout the event (sensitive items such as wallets, phones, etc. may be moved to First Response). All items must be claimed before 2pm on Monday. In the end the Lost & Found team will remove all leftover items from the event and help reconnect them with their rightful owners (at the expense of the owner if items must be mailed, etc.)
Team Dynamics
The Lost and Found team is the newest addition to the Freezer Burn team roster, but is much welcomed and much needed! We are looking for a crew of individuals interested in developing a new strategy that can be documented and employed year after year for all eternity. The Lost and Found team may work closely with the WWW team in advance of the event; Centre Camp, the Sound Stages and event areas during the event; and with LNT at the end of the event.
